Each year, the RELX Group celebrates all the actions taken by its subsidiaries as part of the Cares program, through volunteering and fundraising to support our local communities.

A responsible, positive and ethical social impact

In our corporate culture, we want to give every employee the opportunity to grow with no limits and give their best.
We are actively involved in combating everyday sexism in companies, and have signed the #StOpE initiative, which aims to raise awareness and take action against sexist behaviour in the workplace.
Our managers regularly do training on diversity, inclusion and the various forms of harassment.
Every year, RX France publishes its professional gender equality index.

Highly involved employees

We have developed a network of volunteer employees, the Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), which give them the opportunity to get involved and contribute to the continuous improvement of the company.

There are two ERGs within RX France: Women Connected, which has set itself the task of promoting the professional potential of RX France women employees and accelerating awareness of gender equality topics, and the Enabled Team, which is committed to raising awareness, informing and encouraging exchange around topics relating to disability.​​​​​​​

Our commitment to territorial solidarity

RX France is a sponsor committed to territorial solidarity through the Fondation Cannes, which combats exclusion in favour of education, and the Fonds de dotation Cannes, which protects the environment and biodiversity.
