At RX, we build a strong culture of inclusion, diversity, equality and belonging, where it is important to implement good practices. This is why anyone who manages a team is trained to be able to combat unconscious prejudice and biases. I&D committees have been trained with employees from around the world to act at different levels for inclusion and diversity. But our priority is to build a network of committed employees (Employee Resource Groups – ERGs).

The ERGs will enable all RX employees to express themselves, but also to seize opportunities. The people who take on these roles acquire amazing skills by managing and supporting these groups, and teach us a lot about who we are and how we can improve.
