RX France: welcome you serenely

As an organizer of trade fairs, our ambition and our desire are to continue to promote meetings, discovery and business opportunities, to disseminate innovation, and to create and nurture debates and content around the subjects that drive our communities.

The health and safety of our employees, customers and partners is our priority. Also, RX France is taking measures to strengthen the health security of its events.

Our action is guided by compliance with the health measures recommended by the French government as well as the WHO (World Health Organization) and the "RX COVID-19 Management Plan". We also actively participate in the work carried out by the UNIMEV, Professional Federation of Event Trades, for the development of protective measures at trade shows.

Responding effectively to the risks of Covid-19 is a shared responsibility and RX France asks all attendees to play their part in ensuring that the show remains as safe as possible.

In this regard, RX France will communicate to all participants that a person will not be able to attend the show if they show signs as indicated below:

1. Has symptoms of COVID-19 such as: fever or feeling feverish (chills, hot-cold), cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, unusual tiredness, sore throat or headache, loss or change in sense of smell or taste.
2. 2- Has tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 7 days.

Our on-site medical team will respond to anyone showing symptoms of COVID-19 in accordance with instructions issued by the relevant authorities.

A person should reconsider attending the show if they are a vulnerable individual at risk of developing a severe form of Covid-19 infection, particularly if they have an underlying medical condition.

Our safety instructions are based on the 5-point plan of RX and have been prepared in collaboration with the owner of the place and the competent authorities and in accordance with the regulations in force, in particular the law n ° 2020-856 of July 9, 2020 and Decree No. 2021-699 of June 1, 2021, amended by Decree No. 2022-51 of January 22, 2022. We ask that you comply with all instructions and precautionary measures. Anyone who does not comply will be asked to leave the lounge.

Travel has now resumed between foreign countries and France according to methods which vary according to the health situation of the countries concerned and the vaccination of travelers.

Hydroalcoholic gel will be available during the event

There will be many contactless hand sanitizer stations in the lounge and in common areas

Reinforced disinfection of passageways

Cleaning will be reinforced in all areas of the show. In particular, sensitive contact points will be disinfected very regularly.

Dedicated communication and reminder of safety rules

The reminder of sanitary devices and barrier gestures to be respected will be carried out before and throughout the duration of the event. Our goal is to open the doors of our trade shows responsibly while respecting the protection of participants and our employees.

Meeting spaces and conference rooms

The spaces are set up to allow face-to-face meetings while respecting physical distancing measures.

On-site catering

Sanitary inspections will be reinforced and catering service providers will follow COVID-19 specific safety protocols.

Caring for people with COVID symptoms

A medical antenna is present throughout the duration of the event. People suspected of COVID-19 will be isolated and taken care of by the appropriate health services.
